Spring Coaching processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at brigit@springcoaching.nl and we will delete this information.

The purposes and legal bases for processing personal data
Spring Coaching processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
– Calling or emailing you if this is necessary to provide our services
– Informing you about changes to our services and products
– Providing our services

Spring Coaching never makes decisions about matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals based on automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without a person (for example, an employee of Spring Coaching) being involved.

Spring Coaching only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and to make it easier for you to use. They ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferences. They also enable us to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. You can also delete all information previously stored via your browser settings.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. This means you can submit a request for us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation of your choice.

You can send a request to access, correct or delete your personal data, transfer your data, withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to brigit@springcoaching.nl.

To make sure that the request to access your data was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) on this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within four weeks.

How we protect personal data
Spring Coaching takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you believe that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service team or email brigit@springcoaching.nl. Spring Coaching has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

– Security software, such as antivirus software and a firewall.
– TLS (formerly SSL). We send your data over a secure internet connection. You can see this in the address bar: ‘https’ and the padlock icon.
