I founded SPRING, a firm specialising in leadership coaching, career coaching and team development, in 2004.

My mission is simple.

Creating lasting positive change in life and career.

That requires self-reflection and self-knowledge. Exploring talents, ambitions, and the patterns and pitfalls that stand in the way of this development.

I believe we can grow as people and as leaders by daring to connect with our deepest desires and ambitions. By standing up for them. By doing what it takes, overcoming obstacles and letting go of what no longer serves us. And in this way, making our ideals a reality.

Most of us are capable of far more than we think. And when our ambitions and desires become greater and more urgent than our fears, we are capable of the greatest things.

And that takes the courage of a lion.

The courage to look within. The courage to leave behind that safe, comfortable life that no longer offers much challenge.

Taking yourself and your desires seriously. No longer settling for mediocrity.

Thank you for the way you held up a mirror to our team and brought all the pain points to the surface. It was pretty tough and confronting. But thanks to the humor and the different perspectives, it was above all an interesting and, most of all, hopeful two-day session.
